Then take the mouthguard out of the water and place it in your mouth making sure you bite down hard and are pushing against your teeth. The mouthguard should then not fall off your teeth when you open your mouth.

Netball has 2 different ball sizes. Players under the age of 10 use a size 4 ball. All players in age groups above under 10s including seniors use a size 5 ball.
